Sharing Calendars with Exchange

and select the name of the person(s), or account, you want to share your calendar with. - Select what kind of information about your appointments/meetings you want to Share.
- Optional: Place a checkmark next to
I want to request permission to view the recipient's Calendar folder
. - Once the user(s) get the sharing invitation or sharing request, they simply have to click on
Open this Calendar
for it to be added to their calendar list. In case of a request, the receiver can click the buttonsAllow
orDeny
in the message.
