Sharing Calendars with Exchange

To:and select the name of the person(s), or account, you want to share your calendar with. - Select what kind of information about your appointments/meetings you want to Share.
- Optional: Place a checkmark next to
I want to request permission to view the recipient's Calendar folder. - Once the user(s) get the sharing invitation or sharing request, they simply have to click on
Open this Calendarfor it to be added to their calendar list. In case of a request, the receiver can click the buttonsAlloworDenyin the message.
